Returns & Refunds

Pro Aerosols always recommend carrying out a colour match test as no responsibility for colour accuracy can be accepted after use (this information is also on the front of your aerosols cans). Pro Aerosols do not provide a returns policy for unused cans as all goods are bespoke and to made to order.

Pro Aerosols wants you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Pro Aerosols order we require the goods to be sent back to us where we will thoroughly investigate the cans for colour, texture and the paint match.

All Pro Aerosols paints are matched within 80% of our original paint swatches (RAL, Pantone, British Standards etc). Pro Aerosols will refund the value any goods we have supplied that we have tested and deem to be faulty/damaged or not up to Pro Aerosols Standards.

Pro Aerosols require notification of your intention to return the goods using the procedure outlined here and providing that the goods, together with any original order/invoice, are returned to Pro Aerosols in the same condition they arrived within seven working days after the day of delivery to:

It is recommended you obtain a certificate of posting as we will not be held responsible for the non-delivery of goods to our address. Unfortunately we are unable to refund any custom mixed colours.

All returns and exchanges must be notified within 30 days of purchase, this includes any faulty or damaged cans. We do not offer any exchanges or refunds outside of the 30 days of purchase. Couriers with Dangerous goods carrying licenses that we have used personally are FED EX, TNT, DPD and UPS.

Pro Aerosols have the right to refuse any refunds or exchanges, please call us to discuss any issues with your purchase.
